Verbal Employee Opt-In Procedure

Before an employee's mobile number is enrolled in Horvath Chemical & Supply's internal SMS notification program, an authorized Horvath representative explains the program and asks the employee for consent.

The representative uses the following consent script:
"Horvath Chemical & Supply uses SMS text messaging to send authorized employees internal business and operational notifications. These messages may include customer account status notifications, credit hold notifications, order or scheduling notifications, and other time-sensitive information related to your job responsibilities. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Do you voluntarily agree to receive these SMS text messages from Horvath Chemical & Supply at this mobile number?"

The employee must affirmatively agree before their number is enrolled.

Horvath Chemical & Supply records the employee's name, mobile telephone number, date of consent, and confirmation that the employee agreed to receive SMS messages.

Employees may withdraw their consent at any time by replying STOP.
